Site Settings Overview
The Site Settings page in Squirrel allows administrators to manage the archiving and configuration of individual SharePoint sites. This section is part of the Squirrel Admin Panel and can be accessed through Site Archive Settings in the main dashboard.
Site Settings Table The table on the Site Settings page displays essential details about each site:
Site Name: The name of the SharePoint site. Site GUID: A unique identifier assigned to each site. Whitelist: Indicates whether the site is whitelisted. A value of “1” means the site is excluded from the global archiving policy. Accessed Days: Displays the number of days since the site was last accessed. Modified Days: Displays the number of days since the site was last modified. Actions: Provides buttons for performing actions on each site (Launch, Edit, Archive, Restore).

| From there, you will be presented with a list of each of your SharePoint Sites. |  |
| For each site, you will see some information. This includes, Site Name: The name of the site. Site GUID: The unique identifier for the site. Whitelist: Indicates whether the site is whitelisted (1 = yes, 0 = no). Accessed Days: The number of days since the site was last accessed. Modified Days: The number of days since the site was last modified. |  |
| There are buttons available that perform actions for each site. These buttons are, Launch: Opens the site to view its content and details. Edit: Modifies settings for each site, such as archive policies or access controls. Archive: Archives the site, making it inactive and preventing further changes unless restored. Restore: Restores a previously archived site to active status. Each site is displayed with several columns for quick reference: |  |
The Site Settings
To change any of the values on a corresponding site, click the EDIT button. This will enable you to enter in a value in the following areas.
Whitelist: Indicates whether the site is whitelisted (1 = yes, 0 = no). If the site is whitelisted, then the Global Archiving Policy will ignore this site. Squirrel will not archive any files in this site, unless you specify a numeric value in either the corresponding Accessed Days or Modified Days column. Accessed Days: Enter in a numeric value here for how long before you want Squirrel to archive any files from this SharePoint site based on when the file was accessed. Modified Days: Enter in a numeric value here for how long before you want Squirrel to archive any files from this SharePoint site based on when the file was modified.
