Site Settings Overview

This section displays all the sites within the Squirrel system and allows administrators to perform the following actions to individual SharePoint Sites:

To access your indiviudal SharePoint Site settings, within the Squirrel Dashboard, go to “Site Archive Settings”
From there, you will be presented with a list of each of your SharePoint Sites.

Site Name: The name of the site. Site GUID: The unique identifier for the site. Whitelist: Indicates whether the site is whitelisted (1 = yes, 0 = no). Accessed Days: The number of days since the site was last accessed. Modified Days: The number of days since the site was last modified. | |

* Launch: Opens the site to view its content and details.

  • Edit: Modifies settings for each site, such as archive policies or access controls.
  • Archive: Archives the site, making it inactive and preventing further changes unless restored.
  • Restore: Restores a previously archived site to active status.
  • Each site is displayed with several columns for quick reference:| |

Accessed Days: The number of days since the site was last accessed. Modified Days: The number of days since the site was last modified. URL: A link to the site for direct access. Action: Action buttons (Launch, Edit, Archive, Restore) that allow admins to manage each site's status.
