Archived Files Overview
The Archived Files page in Squirrel provides a comprehensive view of all archived files across SharePoint sites. This page allows administrators to monitor, manage, and restore archived files quickly. The interface is designed to offer easy navigation through large datasets and enables efficient file restoration.

From there the main window will now show you all of your documents that have been archived from your SharePoint Sites by Squirrel. | ![]() |
Main Features:
- Filename Search: The search bar allows admins to search for specific files by filename. This helps in quickly locating archived files by name.
- Date Archived: The table displays the date when each file was archived. This information is helpful for tracking and managing archived content over time.
- Filepath: Displays the full path of the file within the SharePoint site, helping to locate its original location and ensure the correct file is being restored.
- File Size: This column shows the size of the file in megabytes (MB), allowing admins to assess the size of archived files before initiating any actions.
- Action: Provides the Restore button for each archived file. Admins can restore any file by simply clicking on this button. The file will be returned to its original location in SharePoint.
File Navigation:
At the bottom of the archived files list, you'll find pagination controls:
- First: Navigate to the first page of the archived files.
- Previous: Go back to the previous page.
- Next: Move to the next set of archived files.
- Last: Navigate to the last page of archived files.
- Page Number: Indicates the current page and total number of pages.
