Users Tab

The Users tab provides a central view of all user accounts pulled directly from your Entra ID. This screen allows administrators to monitor license usage, account activity, and archive status.

Users Management Table View

Features

  • πŸ“₯ Entra ID Integration – Displays all accounts, including licensed, disabled, and archived users.
  • πŸ” Search and Filter – Filter by:
    • Enabled / Disabled users
    • Licensed / Archived status
    • Free text search (e.g., by name or department)
  • πŸ“€ Export Options – Export the user list for reporting and audit purposes.

User Table Columns

  • Display Name – User's full name.
  • Username – User principal name (email).
  • Department – Department from Entra ID.
  • Job Title – Pulled from user profile.
  • Status – Shows whether the account is *Active* or *Disabled*.
  • Licenses – Shows how many Microsoft 365 licenses are assigned, and whether they are active or disabled.
  • Archived – Indicates if the user’s data has been archived by Chipmunk.
  • Last Sign-In – Last recorded sign-in timestamp.

User Detail Popup

Clicking a user row opens a detailed popup that includes:

  • πŸ‘€ Full user profile – Including department, job title, location, and manager.
  • πŸ”’ Account Status – Whether the account is active or disabled.
  • πŸ’Ύ Archive Status – Indicates if this user's OneDrive, Email, or Teams data has been archived.
  • πŸ“… Created & Last Sign-in – Historical Entra ID metadata.
  • 🏷️ License Information – Includes assigned license packs and the most recent sync timestamp.
