Users Tab
The Users tab provides a central view of all user accounts pulled directly from your Entra ID. This screen allows administrators to monitor license usage, account activity, and archive status.
Features
- π₯ Entra ID Integration β Displays all accounts, including licensed, disabled, and archived users.
- π Search and Filter β Filter by:
- Enabled / Disabled users
- Licensed / Archived status
- Free text search (e.g., by name or department)
- π€ Export Options β Export the user list for reporting and audit purposes.
User Table Columns
- Display Name β User's full name.
- Username β User principal name (email).
- Department β Department from Entra ID.
- Job Title β Pulled from user profile.
- Status β Shows whether the account is *Active* or *Disabled*.
- Licenses β Shows how many Microsoft 365 licenses are assigned, and whether they are active or disabled.
- Archived β Indicates if the userβs data has been archived by Chipmunk.
- Last Sign-In β Last recorded sign-in timestamp.
User Detail Popup
Clicking a user row opens a detailed popup that includes:
- π€ Full user profile β Including department, job title, location, and manager.
- π Account Status β Whether the account is active or disabled.
- πΎ Archive Status β Indicates if this user's OneDrive, Email, or Teams data has been archived.
- π Created & Last Sign-in β Historical Entra ID metadata.
- π·οΈ License Information β Includes assigned license packs and the most recent sync timestamp.
