Users Tab
The Users tab provides a central view of all user accounts pulled directly from your Entra ID. This screen allows administrators to monitor license usage, account activity, and archive status.
Features
π₯ Entra ID Integration β Displays all accounts, including licensed, disabled, and archived users.
π Search and Filter β Filter by:
π€ Export Options β Export the user list for reporting and audit purposes.
User Table Columns
Display Name β User's full name.
Username β User principal name (email).
Department β Department from Entra ID.
Job Title β Pulled from user profile.
Status β Shows whether the account is *Active* or *Disabled*.
Licenses β Shows how many Microsoft 365 licenses are assigned, and whether they are active or disabled.
Archived β Indicates if the userβs data has been archived by Chipmunk.
Last Sign-In β Last recorded sign-in timestamp.
Clicking a user row opens a detailed popup that includes:
π€ Full user profile β Including department, job title, location, and manager.
π Account Status β Whether the account is active or disabled.
πΎ Archive Status β Indicates if this user's OneDrive, Email, or Teams data has been archived.

Created & Last Sign-in β Historical Entra ID metadata.
π·οΈ License Information β Includes assigned license packs and the most recent sync timestamp.
License Cleanup Tip
This view is especially useful for identifying archived users who still have active Microsoft 365 licenses assigned.
Administrators can quickly pinpoint these accounts and take action to remove or reallocate licenses, reducing unnecessary licensing costs.
