Shows detailed archived data across all users. Includes tabs for:
* Profile Info * Contacts * Calendar
This view is particularly useful for checking if an archived user still has an active Microsoft 365 license. Admins can then reassign or remove the license accordingly.
Powerful discovery and compliance tool. Search archived content across:
* OneDrive * Teams * Exchange (Email)
Options include:
* User-specific filtering * Keyword search * Content-based search (slower but deeper)
Good for compliance reviews and discovery exercises.
Live job tracker for both archive and restore operations. Displays:
* Queued Jobs * Running Jobs * Component (Email, OneDrive, Teams) * Progress, ETA, File Count
Useful to observe archive/restore throughput and diagnose bottlenecks.
Displays finalized archive and restore actions across user accounts. Includes:
* Archives tab * Restores tab
Admins can:
* Export job history as CSV * Click a user to view detailed archive job breakdown in a popup
