| **4** | Click **"Search Site Path"** to retrieve and analyze the files within that path. | |

  - **Total Items**: Number of files in the path  
  - **Archived Items**: Files already archived

- ✅ Make sure you enter the **correct SharePoint Site and folder path** to avoid archiving or restoring unintended files.
- 🔎 If no results appear, double-check the path spelling and confirm that files actually exist in that location.
- 🚫 You can only archive or restore items that the system detects as eligible — already-archived files will not be re-archived.
